Exchanges and Returns on Mattresses, Linens & Furniture (In-Market)

No one has a better money back satisfaction guarantee! If within 100 days after your delivery, you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of your new mattress, you can exchange your original purchase once for another selection or receive a full refund… no questions asked. Simply sleep on your mattress for at least 60 days to ensure that the padding settles properly and your body has the time to adjust to the feel of your new mattress. Stained, damaged, clearance, closeout, “AS IS”, and special order products are not covered by the 100-day Satisfaction Guarantee. On all mattresses, the manufacturer’s law label must remain intact and sewn into its original position to qualify for any exchange.


Exchanges on Mattresses & Furniture (Out-of-Market)

Your new mattress will take a little time to break in, so we ask that you sleep on it for at least 60 days to ensure the padding settles properly and your body is able to adjust to the feel of the new mattress. Read What to Expect From Your New Mattress to learn more.

In order to facilitate this important step worry-free, Sleep Train offers a one-time exchange within 100 days of delivery. If your first selection is not the right fit, we will exchange it for another set of the same size within 100 days of your delivery. There is a $99 processing fee to exchange the mattress. If you choose a more expensive mattress, you will be charged the difference. There will be an additional $99 processing fee if you need to exchange a foundation or boxspring.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns for out of market customers. If you exchange your mattress for one at a lower cost, you will not receive a refund for the price difference. Exchanges for the size or height of a foundation or boxspring are not accepted.

Exchanges and Returns on Linens & Bedding (Out-of-Market)

All linens and bedding are returnable for a refund within 30 days of delivery. They must be in their original packaging including all literature and parts. A 17% restocking fee plus the round trip delivery charges will be deducted from the final refund. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from receiving the returned items.

All unpacked, used or assembled items are non-refundable.


Warranties

Your purchase is covered by a national manufacturer’s limited warranty. Please read the warranty material with your product. Should you have a warranty issue, contact Sleep Train’s Customer Service department at (800) 919-2337.
