Foster Kids Partner Application
Sleep Train has joined forces with local foster care agencies and the community to make a difference in the lives of local foster children. As part of an ongoing commitment to the community, Sleep Train is proud to lend a voice to these children and support the agencies that help them.
Partners are chosen on an annual basis. If you are a foster care agency seeking donations from Sleep Train Foster Kids for 2014, please print and complete the application below. Applications will only be considered from recognized 501(c)3 organizations as we do not donate to individuals.
Please mail completed applications and supporting documents to the attention of Sleep Train Foster Kids at 2205 Plaza Drive, Rocklin, CA 95765.
Please note due to the high volume of interested foster care agencies, while we do review every application, we will not send a follow-up response unless we need additional information about your agency.
