Today I bought myself a New Year's gift: Simmons Beautyrest. I was glad the store was opened, as it was a Christmas Eve. I must note, that if it weren't for Andy Tsang - a very knowledgeable sales associate, I would have walked away without buying anything. He assessed my needs and was listening carefully as I was explaining that I have a weak back and was describing him my current bed. He asked me how I fall asleep (on my back or side), how I wake up, etc, etc. I always thought I liked a firm bed. After trying a few out in the store, I have noticed that my lower back keeps being arched (I didn't feel a contact between my lower back and the bed). He then suggested a firm bed that had a plush top. Oh my, that felt like heaven! I fell in love with that bed and ended up purchasing it the same day. Andy was very patient, not pushy at all. He was gently guiding me and letting me make my own decisions, without pushing any products. I really appreciate his help and I had a wonderful experience.

I purchased my mattress in late November and I had a problem with the pillowtop. I called and they shipped me out another one and it had the same problem. By now I'm getting frustrated. But, the Store Manager, Jason Sheridan was very helpful and took very good care of me. He made sure I picked the right bed for me and gave me options and things to look for in the mattress. I will always buy from Sleep Train. The customer service is fantastic and they have been wonderful.

My husband and I went in to the store and met Maxx and I must honestly say (not a fan of salesman) I'd honestly rather be left alone to find what I want in the time frame I want. Hate a salesperson 'hovering'! Within 5 minutes Maxx made me feel like making me a happy and comfy client was his reason for waking in the morning! We were his very first sale and he acted like he'd pleased clients by finding the perfect bed for couples for not just years but eons. I went in just 'looking' and went home the proud owner of a king mattress and 4 specialty pillows (thanks nick!) I have already referred 3 families in 2 days and will continue to 'toot their horn' they made us feel like we were their #1 priority and I'd spend another $2k tomorrow with them. This will be my go to place for mattress' and bedding items and I will continue to refer Maxx. If all salesman could be as perfect a him we'd be so very lucky! I am writing to share my recent purchase experience after receiving unparalleled customer service from purchase to installation. I recently purchased from the San Marcos Sleep Train store and had an excellent level of service from the store manager Barry Heyman. My wife is pregnant and Barry was patient and knowledgeable on making recommendations of the types of beds that would match her preferences. Barry took the time to ask questions about preferences and showed a dedication to finding the right fit. We fell in love with a mattress that was out of our price range, Barry researched options for clearance/closeout mattresses and we were able to find a way to reach an affordable price for the perfect mattress. In addition to Barry’s service, the delivery crew was a pleasure to work with. They called in advance to let me know they were on the way, & worked carefully in the delivery & setup of the mattress. They showed a great ability to interact with the customer and went the extra mile.

This is our second Sleep Train experience, we replaced a mattress purchased at the same store about 8 years ago. We went into the store to try and figure out what we wanted in a new mattress and were frankly overwhelmed with all the choices. Chris Wittman took the time to walk us through the process, helped us understand the pros and cons of each mattress, manufacturer, firmness, quality and so on. He was very patient, spent as much time as we needed and didn't rush us to get to the next customer. He did an excellent job and our experience was very positive! Needless to say, we now own our 2nd bed purchased at Sleep Train and we love it! Thanks to Chris we have a very comfortable new bed!

My girlfriend, Barbara, and I came in looking for a bed. We had already visited Sears and Penney's earlier that day, saving Sleep Train for last. Evan greeted us and showed us beds according to what we thought were our needs. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. Barbara was expecting a large check in the mail the next day, so we decided on a bed and said we would be back. We returned two days later, making sure Evan was working. He suggested that we try the Tempur-pedic mattress before we made a final determination. Long story semi-short, we bought the Tempur-pedic with the Tempur Advanced ERGO System. Again, Evan was excellent. No pressure, detailed all the advantages, letting us make a very informed decision.

My wife and I spent two hours with Mel today and he is an exceptional salesman. His knowledge of all the mattresses was incredible and he was very patient. We ended up buying a Vera Wang mattress which was the same mattress Mel owned, but he did not try to persuade us to buy the Wang mattress simply because he owned it. He was very detailed in his explanation of the features of the various mattresses. I would highly recommend Mel to anyone in the Carlsbad area that is looking for a mattress.

I went in to the Temecula Sleep Train yesterday right before the store was closing. I was with my 10 year old son who the bed is for & I am a hard person to sell anything to... Maia was super patient with my 500 questions & had professional answers which made me feel comfortable. I was not going to buy a mattress today, but after talking with Amanda the salesperson, she convinced me. Amanda was a delight to work with. She is very good with people. My brother and I walked into the showroom and were greeted immediately and I thought - oh no this is going to be a hard sell, but just the opposite. Amanda asked several questions and then guided us through several mattresses all the time with the utmost professionalism. Not only did I buy a mattress, but so did my brother and we had it delivered within 3 hours. I would recommend Sleep Train in La Mesa any day. If you keep up with all the drives for Foster Kids, I will soon be broke. My wife insists that we take part in every drive sometimes twice. Pajamas, socks, underwear, coats, shoes and socks, toys. Keep up the good work, we will keep on giving. Looking forward to the clothing drive.

Had a problem with our sleep by number Mattress. Went to the Auburn. Cal. store, closer to home. Talked to Justus and his assistant Jessie. They were both so helpful and resolved our problem with expediency. They both had a great attitude and concern for the customer. When in need for a new mattress I will definitely come back to Sleep Train.

I just wanted to say what a great salesperson Wesley was. I didn't think I was going to buy a bed that afternoon, but Wesley was so helpful and didn't push us at all. He seemed to be quite knowledgeable about the products, never trying to steer us toward a more expensive product that I really didn't need. And when I found a similar bed by the same manufacturer at a much lower price, he gave me a great refund. He was very pleasant and didn't question, just stood behind the company's policy for price matching. I am very happy with my new bed and will refer friends to Sleep Train when they are looking for a bed, due to the wonderful customer service. I just wanted to say thanks for the service!
