SLEEP TRAIN WARRANTY CLAIM INFORMATION

Even top-quality brands can produce lemons. Mattresses are no different, and unfortunately you may find yourself with a product that shows early signs of age or manufacturing defects. Luckily, your manufacturer’s mattress warranty will cover most product defects. We know claiming a warranty can be a headache, but Sleep Train’s warranty center is here to make the process as painless as possible. We even created this three-step guide to make the warranty claim process so easy, you could do it in your sleep.

STEP ONE: WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY MANUFACTURER’S MATTRESS WARRANTY?

Your mattress warranty covers problems that are a result of manufacturing errors. These are existing defects, not the normal wear and tear or damage that can occur from typical use. Your manufacturer’s warranty card should have detailed information on what is and isn’t included in your mattress warranty.

STEP TWO: HOW DO I FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

It’s important to know who makes your mattress, because the warranty process will differ depending on the brand of mattress you have. If your mattress or product is made by Tempur-pedic®, Sealy, Stearns & Foster, Sleep Number® (Select Comfort), Sleep to Live (Kingsdown), Protect-A-Bed®, Leggett & Platt, Customatic, Enso, Mantua or Pragma, you can start the warranty claim process by calling their warranty centers directly via the numbers listed below.

For other brands, you can begin filing your mattress warranty claim by clicking here, and our Sleep Train warranty center will get back to you via the contact information you’ve provided within two business days. Warranty claims submitted on Saturdays and Sundays will be addressed by close-of-business the following Monday.

Once a claim has been submitted, Sleep Train will then determine if it falls within the manufacturer’s warranty requirements. Sometimes, we’re unable to determine if a defect exists, in which case, we can arrange for a third-party adjuster to come to your home and inspect the mattress or product.

STEP THREE: SIT BACK AND RELAX!

Once your warranty claim has been filed, Sleep Train will take it from here. Just keep an eye out for an email or letter in the mail with the results of our review process. If we find there is a defect with your mattress or product, the manufacturer will either give you a brand new item or offer a comparable replacement. If additional information is needed to complete the review process, a Sleep Train warranty center representative will reach out to you directly via phone or email.
